DEPRESSION se nijat k leye wesy to her tarah ka maraqba madad kerta he,lekin baz khas tareqy esy bhi hen.jo depression se nijat k leye khas hen.esa hi ek khas tareqa sans ki ek mashq ka me likh raha hon,bas ghuzarish ye he k esy kum ehum na samjhen.or mustaqil bunyad per is per amal kiya jay.to depression se nijat mumkin ho jati he.

Pehli bat depression k hawaly se ye yad rakhen,k her insan kabhi kabhi udasi tari ho ti he.lekin aam tor per ye arzi hoti he,ager kisi per mustaqil bunyad per udasi tari rahy,to samajh lena chaheye k ye depreession ki al...amut he.depression kisi bhi insan ki salaheyaton ko zang laga deta he.or depresion me mubtela insan ye samajhny lagta he.k us ki zindagi zaya ho rahi he.shdeed noeyat k depreesion me medical ilaj k sath pabandi se sans ki ye mashq ki jay,to boht zxada faeda hasil hota he,.or depression me mubtela shukhs wapis zindagi me lotna shuro ker deta he.
sans ki is mashq ko "tanafus e noor" ki mashq kehty hen.
is ka tareqa ye he k pehly boht acha ho ga ager wuzo ker leya jay.is k bad jis tarah meditation me bethty hen.is tarah aram dy halat me beth jaen.jis jagha ye mashq karen wahan khuli hawa ka hona bhi zarori he.ankhen band ker k khud ko pursukoon ker len.
